Founded by Roberta-Anne Schmitt, a working professional realtime court reporter who was certified in 1989, we are a full-service court reporting and litigation support firm that has been serving the legal industry for nearly 35 years. Albany Court Reporting provides only qualified stenographic reporters who are New York Notaries and authorized to administer an oath. And we guarantee you will have a reporter who is able to read back, will interrupt if the record is compromised in any way, shape or form, and will never include “inaudible” or “indeciperhable” in your transcript. To ensure you have always have a qualified stenographer at every one of your proceedings, make sure you specify you want a “Qualified Stenographic Reporter” on all of your notices and verbal requests.
